Student Behavioral Health Incentive Program (SBHIP) Surveys for Families
Dear Orange Center School District families:
You are invited to complete a brief survey about student mental and behavioral health in Fresno County. The survey will be available until Friday 10/21/2022 and you will be entered into a chance to win an Amazon gift card by participating. Your voice is critical.

We are working with county partners to develop a community needs assessment about student behavioral health (e.g. mental health, wellness, substance use, etc.). This needs assessment will be used to improve access to services, strengthen collaboration among community partners, and build a modern infrastructure that our students deserve (see here for more detail).
The survey should take between 10-15 minutes to complete. The survey is available in 3 languages. Please share this survey with your friends and family.
